A: After speaking to the manufacturer, the internal dimensions are L-11", W-3.5", H-6.0". The case does have some give on all sides, and the lid adds about an extra 3/4 of an inch in height, but I don't think a 7in tall lens would work upright. I would be concerned it wouldn't get enough protection.
