[Side] Steps up my other stepper which I use to step up my long exposure game. Buy a a bigger filter and use these bad boys to step up your smaller mm lenses. 5

[Brass] It's a step-up ring. What can I say? I use it on a film camera where I make a lot of filter changes with black & white photography, so I opted for this one because I have had problems with aluminum rings becoming stuck. It has side notching which makes it easy to hold in place while I remove a filter because smooth-sided step-up rings tend to come off the lens with the filter. Also PolarPro rings and filters come in really nice cases - one of these days I may find a good use for one of them. 5

[4.6 mm] I never tried a brass step up ring , I tried some plastic cheap ones and they always get stuck and I end up breaking them to remove them , but this one is so amazing and feel solid and easy to remove from the filter I guess if I need a step up ring again , I know what to purchase! Totally worth the price! 5

[4.6 mm] I ordered this for our PhD research student. So far they seem to be satisfied with the product. This Step-up ring is sold by other sites for less money, but we purchased it through B&H for their history of quality products, fast turn around and excellent support. 5
