[0.045 lb] The MSI 1660 Ti graphics card has only one HDMI port and I'm running two displays. The second display would not work with the simple (non-active) adapter cable. A call to B&H customer service provided this solution after I described my problem. The problem was solved on first boot-up and it's working great. My thanks to B&H knowledgeable personell! 5

[0.045 lb] I have been searching for years to find a DisplayPort to HDMI converter that will work with my old 27 iMac (Late 2009). Every other active adapter I tried would only display a max resolution of 1080p and no higher. And for some reason other adapters would register the display as a TV rather than a monitor. But this active adapter actually works! It mirrors the iMac display at 1440p as well as many other options. Of course I had to use a miniDP to DP adaptor, but that's beside the point. Finally! A solution! 5
