[FUJIFILM G] This adapter is for Pentax K mount lens with auto aperture control and provide a control ring to stop down such lens. If you're using a fully manual lens this adapter may not stop all the way down. Seek an adapter w/o the control ring for plain / fully manual Pentax lens with manual control rings. Works great for intended purposes and price is competitive.

[FUJIFILM G] This adapter is really well machined and attaches smoothly both to camera and lens—unlike the cheaper, more popular brands which felt really rough on the equipment. I also like that the shape makes it easier to grip while shooting. If you have an expensive Fuji GFX, this is the better choice.

[FUJIFILM G] I use this adapter on my GFX 50S with my various Pentax 645 lenses (45mm, 75mm, 80-160mm). Love that old, inexpensive Pentax glass and the GFX makes them even better. Since there is no electronic communication between camera and lens with this adapter, it’s not an exact science to achieve a particular aperture setting. So if you need exactly repeatable results with changing apertures, you’ll find that difficult with this setup. You change the aperture of the lens on the adapter itself by turning the ring, and really you’re just guestimating the aperture if it’s anything other than wide open or closed. I still recommend it because that Pentax glass is oh so nice and worth it!

[FUJIFILM G] Not sure if the other bad reviews are due to user error, but I’ve had zero issues with this adapter. I use it with a Pentax 645 75mm 2.8 lens with my GFX 50S. The images are excellent. There is no vignetting on the corners with the 75mm lens. I’ll soon be trying it with the Pentax 645 45mm 2.8 lens. It connects to the Pentax lens nice and snug. And it connects to the GFX body totally great.

You have to change a setting on the GFX to shoot without a lens because there is no electronic communication between the lens and body. With this specific adapter, the f stop is changed on the adapter and not on the lens, even if your Pentax lens has the aperture ring on the lens itself. There is no clicked adjustment of the f stop on this adapter. It’s smooth as you change the f stop on the adapter. So if the lens isn’t wide open or stopped down completely, you’re pretty much guessing what your f stop is. Not too big a deal to me. The ring to change the f stop is nice and smooth. The build quality is very good.

The main advantage is you can add wonderful Pentax 645 lenses to the amazing GFX cameras. Pentax 645 lenses are pretty darn cheap on eBay.

[Metal, Brass] I disagree with the previous reviewer. This works perfectly for my vintage Pentax lens and X-T1. It's a little bulky, but it seems like all the Pentax to Fuji adapters are.
