A: I'm sorry at this time we do not have a Battery option for the Vanco HDMI Extender over Single Cat 6/5e Cable with IR Blaster.

Q: 7. Does it test sdi cables?

A: Yes. SDI is just standard BNC cables, which this cable tester can check.

Q: 8. is there a way to test USB3 reliably or if not is there a model w usb3?

A: This cable tester can be used for USB 3 cables which are type-A to type-B. It will only test the cables ability to send signal from A-B, not data rates or speeds.

Can this be used to extend a signal from a mirrorless camera...for instance Let's say you're doing a live broadcast but you need the distance of long cable runs...can you come out of your camera into this unit, convert it to ethernet, and then go into the unit's mate, come out HDMI into an ATEM Mini Pro and from the ATEM mini pro into a laptop? I only see that it says televisions or Blu ray players...

A: Yes, this should be possible.

Q: 10. Is it 5V 3A total? or per port?

A: The C2G 7-Port USB 2.0 Hub includes a 5V 3A power supply to power the entire hub.

[10GbE] It is what it is. Works excellently, is affordable, and isn't one of those irritating bright colors. Blends with the walls for smooth installation. If you need the 50 feet, go for it. But remember the longer the cable becomes, the further the data needs to go. I must also say, I used to only buy from B&H for camera/photo equipment and supplies- BUT they have the best service and prices in the computers and accessories segment as well! Highly recommended for computers and supplies! 5

[10GbE] You can find cheaper options that handle gigabit speeds just fine, but this worked great to get my order into free shipping territory. Connected from router to new mini PC. No complaints. 5
