A: Yes the Iris ring on the adapter needs to be in the proper spot to in-gauge the Iris arm on the lens. This adapter does not have an iris itself but uses the lens iris instead. Nice adapter, if I had one complaint it would be that the adapter ring you use to adjust the lens iris takes a little getting use to as it is a bit thin but does have knurled spots to place your fingers.

The Nikon D3200 DSLR camera uses the larger Nikon F-mount lens mount. There is no adapter avaialable to connect a Canon EF-mount lens to a Nikon F-mount camera.

A: Hi, I used mine to adapt Nikon lens to my XT-2, for stills only. It compensates for the distance lens to sensor only. well built, manual focus, no electronics.

[0.17 lb] It's one solid piece of metal and works well. The thing to keep in mind is, since it moves the focal plane of the lens further away, your C-Mount lenses will be extreme macro lenses (which is what I was looking for). 5

[0.17 lb] This adapter is a great product that allows me to easily use my Nikkor lenses on my Fuji X-T1 and X-T2. Since there are no electrical connections, you must focus manually and VR is not available - but it provides some great flexibility without requiring the purchase of new lenses. One thing of note, is to ensure your Fuji camera is set to allow Shoot without Lens. 5

[Aluminum] I use it to mount a 10-24 dx lens on my x-t1 for real estate photos. It is a solid mount, the aperture ring is smooth and reliable, sturdy enough not to move around once set on an aperture. Of course everything is manual and f values are not displayed or recorded, but with the live histogram on and magnified focus assist, together with the small apertures I use, I didnt miss a shot. Overall I am very satisfied with this adapter 5

[Nikon 1] This is a great mount, made with great precision. It holds no electronics, but is beautiful for shooting manual on the Nikon 1 series, as the way God intended. I have some ridiculous lenses on my camera since getting this. Nothing but fun. 5

[Aluminum] It is really hard to find lenses for my Nikon 1 S1, but I have plenty of old Pentax lenses. Now I can use them together. Be mindful of the insane crop on the Nikon 1 series. My 28mm Pentax lens feels like a telephoto. 5

[Aluminum] I'm really enjoying this adapter. The tripod adapter is super nice being built on to the bottom of the adapter. The aperture control ring is big and smooth so you can dial in your adjustments quickly. Not that it matters, but it appears that they have changed the design and the photo on BH is different than what was delivered. To be honest, I think I like the new design better! Also for the record, this totally works not only with my Nikon G lens, but also with my Nikon F lenses. 5
