All you have to do is plug the charger into an outlet and put the male plug from the charger into the female receptacle attached to the battery--that's all there is to it. I have had nothing but success with PRB-9NC. I recently used it for one hour with a 40 watt bulb and could have gone longer if needed. Couldn't be more pleased.
