The SL-F50 Lithium-Ion Battery by IDX System Technologyis a 48Wh lithium-ion battery that can power cameras and accessories compatible with Sony L-series (NP-F) batteries. Additionally, the 7.2V X-Tap and 5V USB outputs can be used to power accessories simultaneously. To use the X-Tap output, an X-Tap cable must be purchased separately.

A: Yes, the camera displays the remaining power. This battery is incredible. It lasts most of the day when shooting 4k and having the camera on constantly.

A: Yes, X-Tap is a propitiatory system from IDX. It is not the same as D-Tap.

[8.4 VDC] Ive purchased two IDX 7.2 batteries so far and now Im about to buy another one. Im good with the the two but because its on sale Im adding a third one to my arsenal. I have been using the IDX 7.2V for about 7 months now video recording news and shooting live shots. Im very happy with it, I can get almost 3 hours record time in the summer and about 2 hours in the winter. I used these batteries with the AJ-PX270 microP2 AVC-ULTRA HandheldCamcorder I havent had it a year yet but for now I would recommend it especially if youre using it with the Panasonic AJ-PX270. 5

[Sony L-Series] I brought this battery fo the Z CAM E2. It's a beast of a battery and last for several hours of use. the fact that you can charge the battery through X-TAP is a huge plus. The batter does not have be bee removed as much. I just wish the price of the X-TAP changer was cheaper 5

[8.4 VDC] The description mentions that the X-Tap and USB outputs can be used to power accessories simultaneously, but I worried that the regular battery power would not work when the USB port was enabled. Luckily they do! My field setup uses a wireless transmitter that also requires a powered format converter. So the battery powers the wireless transmitter directly and the USB connection powers the adapter. And both run simultaneously for more than three hours. Great purchase. (Will never use the X-Tap port so I can't comment on it's usefulness.) 5

[0.62 lb] in my opinion this is the best battery on the market,has all inputs and outputs.It is made in China but chemistry is Japanese,i recommend all batteries made from this company. 5

[Sony L-Series] Tested it out and it lasted 5 hours with display on and recording on my AG-Cx350. Fit is snug. No play. Great price I'll pick up another. 5
