Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What Hasselblad focal length would yield a 30mm Fuji lens equivalent (i.e., 24mm in 35mm terms) when used with this adapter?

A: The crop factor of Fuji G cameras is 0.79 so you would need a 30mm Hasselblad V mount lens to be equivalent to 24mm in 35mm terms. 30 * 0.79 = 23.7mm

Q: 2. Does this adapter have a tripod mount ?

A: No, this adapter does not have a tripod mount.

Q: 3. Does the blue ring open/close the aperture on the Minolta lens? How to meter without knowing the precise aperture setting?

A: The FotodioX Pro TLT ROKR Tilt/Shift Lens Mount Adapter for Sony A-Mount Lenses to Sony E-Mount Cameras does not provide electronic communication between the Sony/Minolta A-mount lenses and the Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras. You cannot control the lens aperture through the blue ring on the adapter because Sony/Minolta A-mount lenses do not have a manual aperture control ring. The lens aperture will revert to its default position, which depends on the lens—it would either be stopped down to its largest f-stop or opened to its smallest f-stop. Even though there is no electronic communication, you can still use the camera metering or a light meter for full exposure information.

Q: 4. this is a manual adaptor...if i use nikon f1.8g autofocus lens..then is its autofocus work automatically? or always manually with all kind of lens?

A: Always manual with adaptable lenses.

Q: 5. Could you confirm that this adapter is compatible with Olympus EM5 Mark III? Fotodiox website has a note that this adapter Does NOT fit the E-M5 Mark I/II.

A: The camera dimensions between both EM 5 II and EM 5 III cameras are very similar so I do not believe it will work unfortunately. When tilting and shifting it would hit the top of the camera.

Q: 6. On the RF mount (Canon), can the shift and tilt be on the same side? or they are 90 degrees apart like they used to be on EOS mounts.

A: The tilt and shift on the FotodioX Pro TLT ROKR Tilt/Shift Lens Mount Adapter for Hasselblad V-Mount Lens to Canon RF Mount Camera Body will be 90 degrees apart

Q: 7. Can the f stop be adjusted, or is it fixed wide open?

A: The aperture on the FotodioX Pro TLT ROKR Tilt-Shift Adapter for Nikon F Lens to Nikon Z-Mount Cameras can be adjusted as there is an aperture ring on the adapter.

Q: 8. Will this adapter allow ETR-SI (not just ETR) lenses to work with Fuji?

A: The FotodioX Pro TLT ROKR Tilt-Shift Adapter for Bronica ETR Lens to FUJIFILM X-Mount Camera is compatible with Bronica ETR (ETRC, ETRS, ETR-C, ETRSi) mount lenses.

Q: 9. Can i use this adapter with a 12mm laowa lens for canon ef?

A: That adapter is for the older Canon FD lenses it will not work with a EF lens. This adapter will let you use a EF lens on a Sony E mount camera. https://bhpho.to/2W5DD1X

Q: 10. Does this adapter works with a Bronica 75mm f/2.8 Zenzanon MC Lens for ETR System {58} lens?

A: The FotodioX Pro TLT ROKR Tilt/Shift Lens Mount Adapter for Bronica ETR Lens to Sony Alpha E-Mount Camera is compatible with the Bronica 75mm f/2.8 Zenzanon MC Lens for ETR System {58}.

[FUJIFILM X] With so many similar cameras and lenses out there, this is a great way to create with a tool unique gear setup. I originally just wanted to adapt my Nikkor-S 50mm f1.2 lens to my Fujifilm X-E2, just to use the Fuji a bit more. Once I saw tilt-shift was an option, I went for it, and am having a lot of fun with this creative tool. The adapter is easy to use and well built. I look forward to maybe buying more to create new setups!

[FUJIFILM X] This adapter has given me new capabilities with my Minolta lenses. I shoot into a mirror more easily without, while keeping the camera out of the footage. I'm able to shoot what looks like something from a higher perspective, while still on the ground without a boom. It isn't a replacement for a job or boom, but it is easier to carry around a small adapter than larger gear. It simply offers solutions to some creative problems in the field. Get one for yourself and experiment!
