[5 x 4 x 3"] This adapter works great with both of my Sony cameras. My old Pentax 645 lenses have a new life! The tripod mount on the adapter is a plus as it takes astrain off of the camera tripod socket due to the weight of the medium format lens. The corner to corner sharpness will jump out at you when using the 645 lens with a full frame or cropped sensor.

[5 x 4 x 3"] I have use this adapter with a GFX 50R, Mamyia 150mm 3,5 + Mamyia extension tube auto-ext ring No 2 to take macro picture. Even with the added extension tube there are no loose very tight fit. The tripod attachment is solid. I have include a scaled picture. I am very please to be able to use some medium format manual lens with beautiful results.

[5 x 4 x 3"] This is a barebones way to put a Mamiya 645 lens on a Fujifilm X series camera. I was afraid it wouldn't adapt the lenses from my 645 1000S, but it did, and it works like a charm! No circuitry for autofocus or zoom, and the rig is humorously large, but I'm getting great images. Perfect for those willing to devote themselves to a fully manual shooting experience. Fits right, and works as it should!

[5 x 4 x 3"] I use this adapter on my GFX 50S with my various Pentax 645 lenses (45mm, 75mm, 80-160mm). Love that old, inexpensive Pentax glass and the GFX makes them even better. Since there is no electronic communication between camera and lens with this adapter, it’s not an exact science to achieve a particular aperture setting. So if you need exactly repeatable results with changing apertures, you’ll find that difficult with this setup. You change the aperture of the lens on the adapter itself by turning the ring, and really you’re just guestimating the aperture if it’s anything other than wide open or closed. I still recommend it because that Pentax glass is oh so nice and worth it!

[5 x 4 x 3"] This adapts my 110mm f/2 FE lens perfectly to my Pentax 645d. I imagine it would work just as well on the 645z.

[0.735 lb] Not sure if the other bad reviews are due to user error, but I’ve had zero issues with this adapter. I use it with a Pentax 645 75mm 2.8 lens with my GFX 50S. The images are excellent. There is no vignetting on the corners with the 75mm lens. I’ll soon be trying it with the Pentax 645 45mm 2.8 lens. It connects to the Pentax lens nice and snug. And it connects to the GFX body totally great.

You have to change a setting on the GFX to shoot without a lens because there is no electronic communication between the lens and body. With this specific adapter, the f stop is changed on the adapter and not on the lens, even if your Pentax lens has the aperture ring on the lens itself. There is no clicked adjustment of the f stop on this adapter. It’s smooth as you change the f stop on the adapter. So if the lens isn’t wide open or stopped down completely, you’re pretty much guessing what your f stop is. Not too big a deal to me. The ring to change the f stop is nice and smooth. The build quality is very good.

The main advantage is you can add wonderful Pentax 645 lenses to the amazing GFX cameras. Pentax 645 lenses are pretty darn cheap on eBay.

[5 x 4 x 3"] Very useful tool. I have a large selection of Mamiya prime lenses which are optically far superior to most 35mm/APS lenses. Along with a soft focus, this is just an amazing lens in itself. Please be very careful with this adapter, nothing wrong with it, but the Mamiya lenses are very heavy and place stress on the Pentax bodies. The bodies were not engineered for this weight, nor should they have been. Everything is manual, so slow down and enjoy the experience.

[FUJIFILM G] I have to say that the M645N lenses that I have fit securely onto the adapter without any wobble or movement. The focus ring on my lenses was a bit stiff from lack of recent use however even the expected drag when rotating the focus ring did not produce any movement in either the Pentax K mount or the attached M645N lenses. Fitting was secure and wobble-free, this is a quality product with exact tolerances and great build quality - I also like the fact that the Mamiya lenses attach to the external bayonet fitting as they would on the M645 camera, that is with the lens flanges secured behind the mount - unlike some other adapters on the market - thereby resulting in the aforementioned secure fitting. Highly recommended although I have only used this (so far) on my APS-C camera bodies and have yet to use it on the K1 for some 45 'megapixelshift' resolution goodness !
