Expand your lens choices to include most cine-style PL lenses by replacing your Canon EOS C300 Mk II camera's EF lens mount with the Wooden Camera PL Modification Kit. The kit includes a set of seven shims for aligning the back focus, along with all necessary tools and hardware.

The durable PL mount is constructed from aluminum and includes a PL port cap for keeping dust from drifting into your camera while the lens is removed. This modification is reversible, enabling you to use PL lenses on one project and EF Mount glass on another as you choose.

This modification kit is not compatible with the Canon C100, C100 Mk II, C200/200B, C300, C500, or C700.

A: When powering the Canon C300 mk II camera with 98wh Gold mount batteries you can expect 4hr run times. When using 150wh batteries the runtime would be about 7 hours.

A: Not that we are aware of. This product is meant to have the camera mounted directly to it.

[10 x 5 x 2"] Using this battery plate with the Wooden Camera Battery slide on the new Canon C200. Like all Wooden Camera gear, this plate is a quality piece of gear although I was surprised that the actual battery plate is made by IDX and not branded Wooden Camera but doesn't matter. The cable is thick and heavy duty and should last a while, I like the protruding battery release button, easy to access without being too out in the open. The plate secures to the Wooden Camera Battery Slide with four included Phillips screws. I really appreciate that the plate has not one, but two D-Taps, very useful for powering outboard recorders, lights, EVFs, etc. There are dozens of battery plates on the market and that B&H sells and this is not the cheapest. But if you are using pro gear, why cheap out, buy the good stuff that will function correctly and last a while! 5

[0.45 lb] This is the real deal this mount - once you are super careful following the directions you now have in 10 minutes a EF or PL c300 ii - so useful depending on the shoot sturdy - used it a bunch with all types of PL glass 5

[0.45 lb] I was nervous about this produce before buying, due to the nature of adapting Canon EF lens mounts - but it is easy to install and the back focus was spot on. It comes with the correct (blue) shim already on the PL mount. I have only used this with Canon Sumire primes, so I can only speak to back focus being correct with no adjustments for this lens and it is Canon. The mount is super solid. Much better than the screw on Sony E mount to PL adapters I used with my FS7. Took 15 mins to swap mounts. Having EF and PL options takes away my stressing about cine lens options with this cam. I know I can get whatever lens I need, from any rental source for a shoot. 5
