The Sony RX Station for XDCAM Camcordersfrom Sony RX Station for XDCAM Camcordersis an advanced system for live streaming video and audio directly from select XDCAM camcorders using 4G/LTE and Wi-Fi networks at up to 5 Mb/s. The station uses QoS (quality of service) technology or MPEG2-TS to maintain video and audio integrity during transmission. It can simultaneously control two SDI outputs for live stream from two locations at the same time. Multiple systems can be added for greater input and output loads.

The unit includes reference and timecode input connectors which enable synchronized operation with broadcast systems. In addition, it can output in a variety of broadcast formats including 1080i. The system comes with the preinstalled Connection Control Manager software that enables easy connection to camcorders and delivers efficient handling of the live streams.

The Connection Control Manager software enables easy connection to camcorders and delivers efficient handling of the live streams. The software is preinstalled on the unit and presents a comprehensive GUI that can be used to view thumbnails from multiple camcorders, control camcorder connections, transmission bit rates, and latency settings, and to monitor output from multiple units.

Integrated Sony algorithms automatically adjust bandwidths and buffer sizes to match the characteristics of the wireless transmission. Users can be confident of high-quality streaming without concerning themselves with bandwidth settings and other technical issues. The system includes real-time ARQ (automatic repeat request), adaptive rate control (ARC), and forward error correction (FEC).

The device allows remote access to proxy media within a supported camera or adapter. The remote operator can execute a file transfer from the camera or adapter to an FTP server or cloud service of choice.

A: I have used 32 gb without issue. I think you can use up to 64 though.

Q: 4. will this card work with pmw 300?

A: Yes, SORT OF. The PMW 300 records in FAT mode and UDF mode, but if you're using an adapter (regardless of how fast an SD card you put in it), the camera will only record in FAT mode.In FAT mode, the camera will only record up to 35mbps, so to get modern broadcast quality you have to be recording on the SxS cards that are supposed to go in the camera. This is in the user manual but was not made clear anywhere on the product pages. Most people won't notice a difference between the 35mbps and the 50, but if you're shooting a lot of action or movement, the extra 15mbps helps a lot.

[29.15 lb] Never bought this camera from B&H or from anywhere but my church which I'm on their production team use 2 of these cameras for recording live videos and videos for the in-church screens and I must say, they're small and compact but really easy to use with 2 hands, I have one hand on the hand grip thing where the strap is on the right side next to the slow zoom and my other hand where the focus is and it's really easy to use like that and really good quality, I don't know if it comes default but I think it has an option that shows you what areas are in focus with red and it has amazing background blur. So far I love this camera because of how light it feels and how small it is. Image posted on this review is a picture of the flip-out screen of the camera while I was practicing on it before we started. I definitely recommend this camera if you're going to record for long periods of time and if you want to get really cool movie/ fast shots of different things, zoom and focus is really smooth but fast. If I had the option to add a video to this review I would put a video that I took recently that shows this camera bit more. 5

[20 to 90%] We have a few SxS cards from our previous cameras but with our new x320s shooting at a high bit rate, we needed more storage space and more cards. We have some 3rd party SD card converters from e-films but they would not allow us to record at greater than 35mbps. There was a lot of disagreement in reviews on various sites about whether this card would support higher bit rates. The Sony instruction manual even implies it will not. I decided to get one to test, and it does work with all codecs on the X320 including the 100mbps XAVC codec. My testing was with with SanDisk Extreme PRO 64GB SDXC cards. To get the higher bit-rate codecs it needs to be formatted exFAT 5

[120 GB] I got this with my PXW-X160 I was very skeptical at first. Back in the day I lost a job shooting on and adapter and SD card with my EX1. They seem to have fixed those problems. Others have written you don't get the higher codecs but that's only if you use SDHC cards to get the full range you need to use SDXC card U3 II. Two things 1 buy a second adapter so you can span card to card in MXF mode. SxS card to Adapter will not hot swap and you can't just change slots you need to stop recording and unload the card then load the SxS. 2. I would make sure you buy the newest cards and forget the SDHC cards all together because the camera will not allow you to record higher then avchd to those cards. I recommend this adapter to anyone that needs 128 gig SXS card but can't afford the Sony version. 5
