The EIZO FlexScan S1934 19" IPS Monitorfrom EIZO FlexScan S1934 19" IPS Monitorfeatures an IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel with a 1280 x 1024 native resolution. It features a 250 nits brightness rating, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and support for 16.77 million 8-bit colors to provide you with brighter colors and deeper blacks. The monitor is equipped with DisplayPort, DVI-D, and VGA inputs as well as 3.5mm audio in and out ports and two 0.5W speakers. Once connected, you'll be able to tilt, swivel, and adjust its height to your viewing preference. Otherwise, you can install your own mount, stand, or arm using the VESA mounting holes.

The monitor's Auto EcoView function measures ambient light and optimizes the screen's brightness to a level of typical lighting conditions while reducing power consumption. The paper preset reduces the amount of blue light emitted from the screen for more comfortable viewing. The monitor supports landscape and portrait orientation and features 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles.

[1000:1] I found out about this brand by happenstance when I was watching a Youtube video about MS Office. I had never heard of it so I did a bit of research and found a lot of good reviews about it all around. I looked on B&H site and they had this model which suited my needs for home office and the price was just in the right ball park in comparison to other manufacturers. The monitor stand is the best I've seen so far with a lazy-susan type base. The main stand has a pivot point in the middle so that if you are standing you can easily tilt it to be parallel with your face for ergonomics. There is of course also height adjustment as one would expect. The best part of course is the picture quality. It is by far the best I have experienced from a business type monitor and I've used Samsung and other know brands. I highly recommend this model especially for its price point. You really get a lot for the money you spend in my opinion. 5

[1280 x 1024] This display is not for everyone, but if you need a flexible compact flat panel with above average color performance and better consistency across the entire display than you can typically from a lower cost unit, the EV-2450 delivers. Worth every penny. 5

[178 x 178°] I bought this specifically because I wanted a 4x3 monitor with 1600x1200 resolution. Sadly, these seem to be as rare as hens' teeth in 2020. In any case, I found this one. It turns out that this is a truly excellent monitor. The illumination is as even as can be, edge to edge, corner to corner, without the edge discoloration that is sometimes seen on LCDs. The viewing angle is excellent, as this uses an IPS panel. The monitor and stand appear to be well-built, and I expect them to last for many years. Connectivity is good (Displayport, DVI, and VGA, all of which I need), and input switching is fast. My only complaint is the price, which is fairly insane in a world full of $200 monitors, but it is justified here because a) this is pretty much the only quality 4x3 1600x1200 monitor on the market right now and b) this is a very high-quality unit. 5

[178 x 178°] Eizo monitor is the best monitor for the eyes. Eizo EV2740x also provides 94W for my laptop, so I don't need to use another power adapter. 5
