The 40' Mogami Gold 8-Channel DB25 Analog Snake Cable 40ftoffers renowned quality and reliable connectivity between analog multichannel devices in touring setups, project studios, and commercial facilities. It is based on Mogami's own #2932 Neglex multipair snake cable, which is well respected for its neutral tone, remarkable transmission of audio detail, noise-free background, and super-flexible jacket.

Each length of audio channel wire is individually shielded with numbered jackets for simplified organization of cable clusters. Inner conductors and outer jackets are color-coded for quick identification. Sturdy metal shells and thumbscrews ensure long-lasting durability.

A: The Hosa Technology DBK-258 - DB25-to-XLR AES/EBU Breakout Snake - 16.5' (5 m) 16.5' (5 m) would not work with the DB-25 connector (analog audio in/out) of the Blackmagic Design Teranex 2D Processor. You would need a breakout snake that is purely analog and not AES/EBU.

[Polyethylene] Hello, I am pleased with my Mogami Gold RCA Cables 3' long. I used them between my Denon AVR Receiver and my new Emotiva 7 channel amp. They work great and my home theater speakers sound better than before, also my Denon doesn't have to work so hard so it runs cooler. Great Cables, ted 5

[1x DB25 ] I am always wanting to eliminate any link in my audio chain that will compromise any loss of signal.Saying that, If you were to see my studio, you would understand.Its still a home studio though, and to spend a large amount of money on a cable snake thats 5' long, I had to take time and think about it.After reading the spec on the cable and trying to look closely at the picture supplied, I decided, why not.I can see where the money has gone.No effort has been spared to construct this cable, its very robust, completely shielded and apart from dragging it behind a car for 40 miles, its definitely a once in a lifetime purchase.all cable ends both braided and then shrunk wrap coatings are as good as any top shelf cable I have, and if the specs are anything to go by, I'm yet to see any other cable of this type on the market that will match it.As with any signal path you still have to be mindful of what cables are running next to what, so I still don't run audio less than 150mm parallel to power and always cross at 90 degrees. My recording equipment gets moved around alot, so to have something that can handled regularly and not show signs of ware and tear is a big one. Although I have only had it for a short time, I reckon this cable will last as long as any I have.Well done to the crew at Mogami, well made.If you can afford it, you will only buy it once, thats worth considering. 5

[1x DB25 ] I'm continually on the road, recording sound and video on location. I have several Mogami short snakes for connections to gear in rack cases. They're expensive compared to most competing products, but stand out for their high quality. In particular, Mogami cables are extremely flexible, and fit well in tight quarters. Yet they are rugged enough to withstand years of connections and disconnections on the road. This TRS to TRS snake will be used to connect an 8-channel portable recorder to backup recordings made on a computer based system, direct from the preamp. 5
