[PAR] Great lights for medium throws. Really helps us maintain natural colors without washing out. Easy to program, too.

[Black] I have other Blizzard lights and have been very happy with them, these are no exception. Bright, punchy, well made and about a hundred bucks less than similar lights.

[106 W / 0.88 A] For the price I was expecting something lightweight, but this is solid, pro-level construction. The range of colors are great and the sound syncing works well. My kids love it too - it took them about 5 minutes to get a dance party going.

[Strobe] I absolutely LOVE this light! This makes 18 of these lights for our relatively small community theater (45 seats). The built-in flexibility makes this light perfect for everything from general wash to special effects. GREAT fixture! Will be buying more in the future.

[25°] Our church has been using off brand low quality led lights for our backline stage lighting the last 7 years. We were using traditional halogen based par 56's and 64's for our FOH facial lighting. We are not a very technical church and we don't do follow spots, color, or scene changes during our services. At the beginning of the year we set out to remove all of our off brand lights and traditional fixtures and replace them with a lower quantity, higher quality fixtures. When it came time to purchase the FOH replacements, the Blizzard Lb-Par RGBW met all the requirements we were looking for. We staggered 2 on each side of our sanctuary over the congregation roughly 20-30' away from the stage and they give just the right wash for our FOH facial lighting. The lights are so much brighter than what we were using that it made our naturally bright sanctuary feel slightly darker. I would highly recommend these lights for anyone needing basic stage washing of light. I know they would look great coming from the backline as well with a color wash.

[25°] I bought these for both events and mobile DJ applications since they are battery operated (no searching for power, fast set-up) and the price is definitely right. These lights are great over-all...they are solid (heavy, but not too heavy), and they put out a ton of light for their size. I recently used them at a wedding event and they were still going after 8 hours of use (in fade mode). The only fault I have with these is that the menu on the back of the fixture is LED based and the abbreviations are confusing and not as intuitive as Blizzard's other products. I found a very easy work-around though, and that's to simply use the included remote. That makes setting these up VERY simple...you can choose a color, or a fade/sound active, with full control of brightness/speed right from the remote. Each fixture includes one remote (I got 8 fixtures), so I have plenty of spares if I need them. If you are looking for something with full wireless DMX control I would look elsewhere, but as far as a simple battery powered light I have not seen anything that can beat these for the money.

[6.25 lb] Got a couple of these on a Deal Zone and now just bought a third. One came broken in shipping but was quickly replaced. They are solid yet not too heavy. I use these in my video booth and also for video production when I need color washes for backgrounds or lighting effects. The fact that they can run off battery is the main reason I got them because they are so easy to set up.


Customer support at Blizzard was also fast and helpful when being a newbie I didn't realize the power cords had to be TWISTED to lock in addition to being connected in order to charge. That is probably common to DJ lighting but I didn't know. I thought you just plugged them in like a normal piece of equipment.


The best way to use them is the included remote (includes battery) because it's difficult to understand the abbreviated display screen on the light itself. But the remote is really easy to do what you want.

[Black] I purchased two of these to add to 16 that I previously purchased for our community theater. These are an incredibly flexible LED fixture that never ceases to amaze me! Wash lighting, special effects - these fixtures have done everything I have asked them to do.
