A: The Syrp Magic Carpet PRO End Caps and Carriage (B&H# SY00180019) does come with a carriage. That will allow you to replace the whole carriage. A: Yes, The GVM Aluminum Slider Support Rods (Pair) is a universal solution that would work with GVM and other slider models.

Q: 6. Can the Syrp Magic Carper PRO carriage and end caps be used with Syrp Magic Carpet (version 1)?

A: The SYRP PRO line of Magic Carpet only works with PRO labeled parts. The original (but also equally amazing) Magic Carpet line is not compatible with the PRO line. The end caps, and carriage not labeled PRO will work with both the standard, and Carbon Fibre line of Magic Carpet tracks. If you are going to do any traveling I would suggest looking into the Carbon Fibre line of the Magic Carpet. The PRO is designed to mainly be used inside a studio or on shoots where you need more robust stability as this thing is heavy but built like a tank trap!

Q: 7. Will this work with Edelkrone slider Plus Long?

A: No, due to the nature of how the Edelkrone slider Plus systems move, the GVM Aluminum Slider Support Rods (Pair), would not be appropriate.

Q: 8. Will this fit a variety of (inexpensive) tripods? I have a Tragus TG-P60T.

A: The Velbon Aluminum End Hook (Chrome) is designed as a replacement hook for Velbon tripods. It is not listed as compatible for use with third-party tripods such as the Tragus TG-P60T Tripod.

Q: 9. Can I just buy the 15mm mounting plate portion without battery portion? I have already battery plated but I need to put it on something.

A: Unfortunately, we do not sell the mounting plate separately.

A: Cavision does not have a listed weight support but the Adjustable Height Lens Support is a metal construction and strong. It supports lenses from 50 to 200mm in diameter.

[15 mm] I am a pro shooter who has a great shoulder stabilizing system and needed some high enough to go above my DSLR (5D) to hold the whole system very low and close to the floor while shooting. In the beginning I though that this unit is not strong enough because of the weight but it is. 5

[4.7" / 12 cm] I use this on my Canon HF G10 video camera. It has proven itself to be very usable to stabilize video shoots with it. The size lends itself to be very controllable without the use of counter weights of other systems. Certainly the counter weight systems are useful in many if not all situations however if those systems are too cumbersome or restrictive then this is one to use. The Canon HF G10 uses a flash drive so it is not a heavy camera making it easy for this grip to handle. The single hand-grip is made of sturdy molded plastic and the attachment and pivot points are well made with a mix of chrome plated high tensile steel and high carbon steel where they count. This type of hand grip is very hard to come by as a lot of available hand grips are either part of a counter weight system or mounting system for lights, microphones, etc. In summary this is a well made, high quality single purpose accessory that deserves support from the motion and still photography community. It is easy to use and its cost is very reasonable in considering its quality. I am a firm believer in the saying that you pay for what you get. The only thing wrong about this item is that it is not always available for immediate purchase. A possible testament to its popularity? Perhaps. 5

[4.7" / 12 cm] The handgrip and plate work very well in helping to stabilize footage using both my Canon 7d and Canon Hv30. Using this with the Cavision viewfinder I have a excellent alternative to high priced competing products. 5

[4.7" / 12 cm] Bought these rods and i love that they are smooth coated, lightweight and don't scratch. Not much more to say except these would be rods of choice should i need to buy more. 5
