This QSC CP8 Outdoor Cover for Compact Powered Loudspeakeris designed for use with the CP8 powered loudspeaker. It allows you to temporarily use the powered speaker in less-than-ideal weather. A removable amplifier panel lets you access connectors and controls. As it sports a vented design, the QSC Outdoor Cover allows the monitor to maintain airflow for heat management. The tote is fashioned out of fabric and mesh. Please note this unit is not intended to facilitate permanent outdoor installations.

A: Subgroups and mix outputs have a parameter-adjustable limiter, with ratio adjustable from 5-100:1, that can be switched to a compressor with a 1-20:1 ratio for group compression, or even to parallel compression by double assigning channels to subgroups.

A: Yes the Mackie Thump can mount on any pole style speaker stand.

A: No. To be able to link 2 Mackie Thump Go speakers together wirelessly you would need a wireless system like B&H # ALSTEALTHWRK.

A: The Nikon Compact Outdoor Tripod does not include a carry bag for the tripod.

Q: 10. In the second photo, does anyone know which speakers are shown strapped to the top?

A: It's difficult to be certain, but from the size of the bags in comparison to the KS112 subwoofer, I think the speakers in the two bags on top of the sub are both the QSC K10.2 (B&H # QSK102). The side flaps that are visible on the two tote bags do look very much like the QSC K10 TOTE Soft Tote Bag (B&H # QSK10TOTE - look at the 4th photo on the item page for this tote bag). The other QSC tote bags for the K12.2, K8.2, and other models have a different sized side flap or a different pocket.

[Black] I come from JBL and switched to QSC I have 1 pair of K12s and 1 K10 to use for ceremony, Cocktail and as DJ Monitor. This Outdoor Cover is CRUCIAL to keep your investment safe. You never know how the weather will be and this is such a durable and easy to slip on and off item. I highly recommend it and B&H photo is a company I've been purchasing from for years. Their Customer Service is Top Notch too! 5

[1.95 lb] I was providing sound equipment for a wedding rehearsal, and a thunderstorm broke loose. My K12.2 speakers had these covers on them, and they did just fine even in the downpour. If you put a cover over the speaker, it will still fit in the QSC K12.2 transport bag. However, it will be a tight fit, and it will stress the zipper. I probably won't make this a practice as it takes extra effort to zip of the transport bag's zipper without getting the zipper misaligned. 5

[1.95 lb] I've had a pair of these for a few years now. They work very well as stage monitors. I use mine primarily as a monitor for my keyboards when performing. There is a multi-position switch that changes the EQ depending on the listening mode, but I usually leave it in Stage Monitor mode. Inputs are combination XLR / 1/4 TRS jacks. However, the daisy-chain connection to another monitor is XLR only - not 1/4 TRS, which is a pain in the neck sometimes. And the volume setting on the first monitor determines the maximum volume setting on any daisy-chained monitors. Overall, a very rugged monitor that has been dropped a few times and taken its share of abuse, but has never failed me. And it's a lot smaller and lighter than comparable stage wedges. To make sure I never lose the power cord, I have caribiners on the handle and the AC cord that I just snap together when transporting it. B&H occasionally has sales on these and also bundles (stand and XLR cable) - jump on those sales when available! 5

[Black] I am using it to cover a Sonos Move outside and works great! The material is very high quality. It is a bit big for the Sonos Move, but I made it work. 5
