[Zipper] There are few bags made to fit 17 laptops. This could use a little more padding around the laptop itself, but it's attractive, roomy, reasonably well-made with good material and stitching, and nicely priced. If you, too, are a screen realestate hog like me, chances are you'll love it! 5

[Shoulder Strap] excellent that you don't have to jumble everything together in one or 2 pouches, this has alot of separate areas. Some complain about the offset handle, I have no issue at all with this. 5
