A: Yes. This charger provides the same power as your regular ac charger. I too had the same low power problem when charging my Samsung phone using other car chargers. I did some research, discovered that many car chargers do not supply sufficient power and further provide even less if two of the usb ports are used. Luckily through my research I found this dual charger. I have two if them now, one for each car so that my wife and I can each charge our devices at the same time.

A: No, the Vivitar Universal AC/DC Battery & USB Charger (Black) does not list the Leica’s BP-SCL4 or SCL6 batteries as compatible.

Have enjoyed this product. Of course like any charger, it does it's job. But the things I really like about it is that it has a low profile, that it, it fits almost flush with my plug in socket in my vehicle. As well, the easy to see in operation light is clear and easy to see so I know my device is being charged. 5

This charger does a great job of recharging your device. There is a blue light that turns on when the charger is plugged into a power source. It will also charge two devices at the same time. It's really small.; a little larger than your thumb. I highly recommend this charger. 5
