A: Yes, the fluorescent ProTapes Pro Gaff Adhesive Tape should react to UV black lights.

A: This is glow tape. It is a real glow in the dark effect when exposed to light. It is not paper or gaff.

A: Yes, any ink based product will easily mark on it.

A: It might, but it works better than any other tape I know.

A: Yes, it has a matte finish.

Q: 10. What is the correct temperature range for this tape? From the description it says the low end is either 31 degrees F or -35 C. Which is it? Is it just below freezing, or is it way, way below the temperatures here in the contiguous 48?

A: I may not be the one to answer that question about the cold factors of the tape, sine I live in Florida, and have not ever had occasion to use it in very cold weather. But, I can tell you it works great in hot weather.

[0.85 lb] I use this tape to mark trip hazards (cables, etc.) and no step areas on my church's stage and backstage. It is not a cloth tape like most gaffer tapes, but is a vinyl tape. It is hightly visible and easily cut or torn. 5
