A: It comes with a standard Cold Shoe mount for the top of a camera. If you have a standard cold shoe mount adapter for the tripod it will work. I use mine on a tripod from time to time as well as on my cameras.

A: The DOFTec 640C Multicolor RGBWW Soft LED light is led and is not rated in watts. It is rated for like most led lights in Lux. The rating is, 3836 Lux at 1.6' / 0.5 m. This light is a good one.
