Use the Wooden Camera WC Pro Battery Plate Canon C200 C300 Mk II Gold Mountfrom Wooden Camera WC Pro Battery Plate Canon C200 C300 Mk II Gold Mountto power your Canon C200, C200B, or C300 Mark II camera with a long-lasting Gold mount battery. Created with battery stalwart Anton Bauer, this durable aluminum plate connects to your camera via a 12" LEMO-type cable.

The plate features three 12-16V D-Tap accessory ports, a digital fuse with reset button, a rear cover plate, and captive mounting screws. If the user exceeds the set current for accessories only the accessory outputs are disabled, leaving the camera running normally. Once the current load has been reduced by either removing or reconfiguring the accessories, the reset button can be pressed to enable accessory power again.

A: Hi Don. Yes, with a standard cinema battery in place, this V-Mount Plate will properly power a C200 at the appropriate operating voltage required by the camera. This battery plate will pass voltage to the camera within the range of a standard cinema battery (10V - 17V).

[0.415 lb] Works great with my Core XP-L90 battery to power a Sony A7S and Atomos Ninja Flame from the dual D-Tap ports. The port on top of the plate has a bit more space underneath the connector when compared to the D-Tap port on the side. This was actually extremely helpful for me since the dummy battery cable for my A7S doesn't fit in the port on the side since it's seemingly a bit thicker than normal. No other D-Tap accessories that I've tried have had this clearance problem. When attached to a Shape CP33 Cheese Plate the entire setup is rock solid. The battery release latch is also extremely satisfying. 5

[Gold Mount] Using this battery plate with the Wooden Camera Battery slide on the new Canon C200. Like all Wooden Camera gear, this plate is a quality piece of gear although I was surprised that the actual battery plate is made by IDX and not branded Wooden Camera but doesn't matter. The cable is thick and heavy duty and should last a while, I like the protruding battery release button, easy to access without being too out in the open. The plate secures to the Wooden Camera Battery Slide with four included Phillips screws. I really appreciate that the plate has not one, but two D-Taps, very useful for powering outboard recorders, lights, EVFs, etc. There are dozens of battery plates on the market and that B&H sells and this is not the cheapest. But if you are using pro gear, why cheap out, buy the good stuff that will function correctly and last a while! 5

[5.7 x 3.5 x 1"] Like the other reviewer here, I bought a second version and it comes with two D-tap ports now. Don't mind the upgrade and it definitely helps with powering more accessories on the rig. 5
