[IPS-Type LCD] Switched from Dell and I find this monitor pretty well designed. The colours are looks pretty accurate, and most importantly it works with HDR (HLG, HDR-10, Dolby Vision). I can finally edit HDR videos.

[IPS-Type LCD] I have purchased a number of these for designers and editors in my organization and they look great and are reliable. I power my Macbook Pro using the USB connection, eliminating the need for my power supply. The calibration tools are easy to use. Color reproduction is excellent.

[6 ms] Great monitor. Replaced NEC 2490 WUXi. Takes some getting used to. Also moved from Win 10 Home to Win 11 Pro. Legacy programs interfaces really small. Able to fix some through properties on .exe files for programs, like Google Earth, for example. Some HD videos look softer than on old monitor. Was able to use my old calibrating tool from earlier monitor, after jumping through some software hoops.

[16:9] This is a good business monitor, sturdy construction, controls have a label on the bezel, lots of port options, even VGA (required for legacy devices), this is the second NEC monitor I have purchased from B&H.

[Yes] After using for only one week, I must say that this monitor meets or possibly exceeds expectations. Initially, I was considering one of the BenQ units that runs a few hundred dollars more, but given my satisfaction with the 241W for the past nine years, I opted for this one. The clarity, ease of setup, and factory sRGB calibration make it the best monitor Ive owned so far. Mine arrived with no dead pixels, which I was very happy about. It, also, calibrates very nicely with my Epson SureColor P800 printer.


One caveat if you use Adobe Lightroom for photo editing: it might run a bit more slowly on the 4K, but turning on GPU Acceleration in the LR Preferences Performance panel remedies the issue (at least it did for me).


I can definitely recommend this monitor.

[2560 x 1440] I found out about this brand by happenstance when I was watching a Youtube video about MS Office. I had never heard of it so I did a bit of research and found a lot of good reviews about it all around. I looked on B&H site and they had this model which suited my needs for home office and the price was just in the right ball park in comparison to other manufacturers. The monitor stand is the best I've seen so far with a lazy-susan type base. The main stand has a pivot point in the middle so that if you are standing you can easily tilt it to be parallel with your face for ergonomics. There is of course also height adjustment as one would expect. The best part of course is the picture quality. It is by far the best I have experienced from a business type monitor and I've used Samsung and other know brands. I highly recommend this model especially for its price point. You really get a lot for the money you spend in my opinion.

[6 ms] I love this monitor! My previous monitor was a Dell Ultrasharp and I can tell the huge difference in quality. I also tried out an Asus Pro Art (PA278Q) and this is still way better. I'm sooo happy with it! This monitor has amazing uniformity in brightness and color plus all the features I need. Perfect for photo editing for web (in srbg color mode)!


One thing I want to point out is to set your DV Mode to Standard. When I first turned on the monitor I noticed the brightness kept changing by going up and down. All the auto and sensor setting were off by default but I couldn't figure out what was causing it. Turns out the default DV Mode is Dynamic (which changes the brightness), change that to Standard and then it's all good. I really recommend that NEC sets Standard to default, it just makes better sense lol.

[100 x 100 mm] I needed a bright HDR monitor to use for color grading 4k HDR video on my Mac. The Asus 4k ProArt 27 HDR monitor turned out to be a great option. The 27 size is perfect for my 3 screen setup. The wide gamut color, the HDR with mini LED local dimming, the peak brightness of 1000 nits, peak contrast of 1000000:1, and the USB-c connectivity is a combination hard to find at this price point from any manufacturer. Works well with the Mac Studio & Final Cut Pro.

[2560 x 1440] I was in need of an HDR display for grading UHD footage. This ASUS ProArt Display has several useful inputs including HDMI and USB-C. It auto detects HDR content and right out of the box I was able to start grading material. I am using this is a grading video monitor and it's video feed is coming from a video IO box rather than the computer itself. I am sure it would make a great computer display as well.

The display was well packed in a sturdy box and the build quality of the display is fantastic which is why it's a bit on the heavy side.

Overall a great value for the money especially when looking at other displays such as Eizo or Sony at more than double the cost.
