The Leader LV-7300 4K 12G-SDI Rasterizer 1RU Half-Rackis compact without sacrificing performance, supporting SDI signals from SD through 12G rates, including physical layer testing. The LV7300 is a 1 RU half-rack rasterizer. The waveform, vector, picture, audio, and eye pattern displays enable simple yet comprehensive measurements and quality control of a wide range of audio and video formats.

The status display allows you to assess errors and system stability with both event logs and long-term charts. Audio embedded in SDI signals can be shown on the level, Lissajous, and status displays. The LV7300 has a DC power input that enables it to be used in locations where AC power is not available.

[10 to 18 VDC] We've been using this to provide a direct feed to monitor from our RED Komodo when mounted to our vehicle rig and so far it's working exactly as it should. Have yet to try in Canadian cold winters but time will tell how it holds up in minus temperatures. Another positive is the flexibility of the cable itself in that it's not too rigid interfering with the gimbal motors. 5

[80 W] I've been using a pair of LV5350's now for several years. They are hugely capable, if not far more complex than the LV5333's I upgraded from. It is important to note that you need to purchase licences to enable the some of the features you may want. It does mean you can configure what you need for now to keep the cost down and add later as requirements increase. Fully configured it is a very capable, but pricey unit. The fan is a bit noisier than their LV5333 predecessor, however, but not distressingly so. Some of the Major options are (most are $800-$1000): 4K Video Signal - LV5350-SER28 4K/12G Video Signal Compatible Function for LV5350 HDR analysis - LV5350-SER23 In addition to HLG and PQ per ITU-R BT.2100, this option also supports level monitoring of S-log3 HDR signals. Level management can be made using the assumed luminance (cd/m2) in a display considering OOTF. The video waveform includes the HDR scale added to the IRE scale. In the CINEZONE display, the luminance distribution of the HDR area can be easily confirmed with the SDR area shown in monochrome, and the HDR content with a color according to the brightness. Customizable Layout - LV5350-SER26 Users can size and position all video displays, waveforms, vectorscopes, gamut views, audio tools, etc as desired to optimize the screen for any specific workflow or user. [10 to 18 VDC] I love Canare BNC connectors. They are well knurled and easy to rip and turn. The cable quality is the best in the business and the build quality is first rate. What's not to like? 5
