Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can this case hold one Matthews Hollywood Baby Junior double riser stands ?

A: Yes one of those stands can fit but it will be tight.

Q: 2. what is the inside dimension of the long side pockets?

A: Interior Dimensions ø: 11.2 x L: 29.5" / ø: 28.6 x L: 74.9 cm

Q: 3. hi there, is there anyway I can lock this bag?

A: I don't see a way.

Q: 4. Is the 11.25 diameter or circumfrance?

A: Is the DIAMETER look the prefix symbol

Q: 5. does anyone know if this case is accepted by airline as a checked bag? Thanks.

A: I fly with this bag monthly and I've never had an issue with an airline accepting it in checked baggage. I fly Southwest Airlines a lot, and as long as it's not more than 50lbs, they've never charged me for excessive or oversized baggage. You can get a lot gear in this bag and keep it under 50 lbs.

Q: 6. Would a 39in tripod fit inside or does the 38in specification leave no wiggle room? Thanks!

A: 39 inches will fit. Measuring mine with a tape measure, it has 39.5 inches of interior length. While the bottom (The end with the wheels) has a firm wall to it, the top (handle end) has some give to it. There's probably enough give in the fabric to accommodate 40 inches, but 39 will fit pretty much exactly, with no stretching.

Q: 7. Will Matthew's Beefy Baby triple stands fit without putting them at an angle?

A: Yes the Matthews Hollywood Beefy Baby Triple Riser Stand will fit into the RC1048.

Q: 8. Long shot, but I have to ask. Does this fit in the trunk of a 2014 Subaru Legacy with a 1620 Pelican case? After long research to find a rolling bag with hold my 47 stands, it occurred to me that I still need to fit it in my car!

A: I can't answer if it will fit your Subaru but I can tell you I really like this case. It holds four Manfrotto stackable stands plus a Cheetah stand and a bunch of adapters in the main compartment. I have multiple 45 umbrellas and a 3' Profoto Octi in the pockets. You should know if you are going to fill it up the width can increase substantially. I just measured mine as nearly 17 across, and I would not call it overloaded. I love rolling into a gig with all of my lighting in one bag.

Q: 9. Is this a soft-sided case or rigid enough to be stackable on a cart? Back problems are forcing me to divide my larger case with four heads into two cases with two heads.

A: It's a soft sided case, but you can stack them if what's inside isn't too heavy.

Q: 10. Can I put a Canon 1Ds Mark II, 70-200 lens, and 25-105 lens, plus a spare battery in this backpack?

A: This backpack will be too small for your equipment.

[Zipper] Bought this to protect my Nikon D300S with 70-200 lens for my trip to Patagonia. Worked perfectly, folded up nicely when not in use. I could have used a smaller version but figured better too big than too small. I just rolled up the sleeve and it worked fine.

[Zipper] It was shown as an accessory for the Celestron CPC Deluxe 1100. I assumed it would be the perfect case for the heavy duty tripod that comes with it. The case itself is very well made, the price implies that, outstanding protection, heavy duty zippers and handle. The only but, the tripod with the accessory tray attached won't fit in the case. My fix to this is to remove the tray and using a large piece of foam store the tray in the case separate from the tripod.

[Black] This rain cover is a good value considering how expensive other alternatives are. But does anyone know how to stuff it back into its pouch once you have used it the first time?

[4.92 lb] As the owner of both a Lightware MF and long lens case I was looking for extra space in which to carry extra camera bodies but didn't want another bag. These pockets are well padded well made and best of all attach securely to both bags via an ingenious flap system. Both will accept at least 2 pockets and gave me just the extra space I was looking for

[4.92 lb] If you need to tag an item for shipment, this is the most durable and versatile solution, hands down. Lightware gear is well designed and bulletproof. This is no exception.

[Zipper] I've been using Lightware cases for my entire pro photog career. This case has been around for a while but its still great! I use it for a strobe pack and its build well enough for the roughest assistant. Love the case and highly recommend.

[17 x 14 x 13"] Good item but don't expect it to be black

[Black] I've bought several of these and generally love them. They we out of stock for quite a while in my most recent order but i waited it out and eventually got my most recent pair. B&H has always been great at keeping the customer informed and offering options. The photo in the review and the website are not accurate. All the ones I've bought are gray on the outside. The inside is black. Perhaps this one was turned inside out. Comment for Lightware: a longer version would be nice for backdrop crossbars, etc.. I've been a customer of B&H for years and have been very happy with their service.

[Zipper] This is not a regular stock item at B&H so I had to wait a few days for it to ship, but it was worth the wait. The Lightware Press Credential Holder is very well made and is large enough to hold all NCAA field passes and NFL credentials as well. Although I haven't used it in the rain yet, the material appears to be tough and waterproof. As always, price and customer service from B&H was excellent!

[Universal] I have used it a couple of times under very light rain. It's very easy to use but I haven't been use it under heavy rain or for long periods of time.
