Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will the OM SYSTEM 150-400mm lens (with lens hood) fit inside ?

A: The Manfrotto Pro Light Reloader Spin-55 Carry-On Camera Roller Bag (Black) will easily accommodate the OM SYSTEM 150-400mm lens and hood with plenty of room left over for additional lenses and camera bodies.

Q: 2. Is this an update to the pro light reloader 55? If not what is the difference?

A: Yes, the Manfrotto Reloader Air-55 is the upgrade to the Manfrotto Reloader-55. They are comparable in size. But have other upgraded features - 2 lbs lighter, 3 external zippers and a sewn-in webbing strap to secure those 3 external zippers and the zippers from the main compartment to the integrated TSA lock.

Q: 3. What is the difference between the Air and Switch?

A: The main difference would be that the Manfrotto Pro Light Reloader Switch-55 Backpack/Roller offers backpack straps in addition to it being a roller bag, while the Manfrotto Pro Light Reloader Air-55 is only a roller bag.

Q: 4. Will this bag fit a 500 mm lens and a 1dx mark ii?

A: While the Manfrotto Pro Light Reloader Spin 55 Carry-On Roller Bag can accommodate a Canon 1DX Mark II, it cannot do so with a Canon EF 500mm f/4L IS II USM Lens attached to it.

Q: 5. Is the indented area inside the bag (that covers the handle parts) cushioned?

A: Yes. These portions of the Pro Light Reloader Air-55 are appropriately well-cushion to safely prevent any possible impact/shock from the bag's hardware.

Q: 6. Is there room for a Nikon Z9 body?

A: Yes, the Manfrotto Pro Light Reloader Air-55 Carry-On Camera Roller Bag will have enough space for a Nikon Z9.

Q: 7. Do the exterior dimensions shown, include the thickness of the top front pouch, as well as the height that the wheels and handles add to on the height? I have purchased numerous brand name bags and none of them include the height or thickness of the items I mentioned.

A: It does not include the wheels or the pouch. The wheels are about 2 more inches. So my guess is with the pouch and wheels the exterior is more like 13.98 x 23.65 x 10.06”.

Q: 8. Can this be used as carry on luggage in airlines

A: From travelandleisure.com: "Though you might find an inch or two of a difference with various airlines, the standard domestic carry-on luggage size is 22” x 14” x 9”, which includes the handle and the wheels."

Q: 9. Will this bag hold a Nikon D6.

A: Yes, the Nikon D6 DSLR Camera (Body Only) would fit inside the Manfrotto Pro Light Reloader Spin-55 Carry-On Camera Roller Bag (Black).

Q: 10. Can the combination on the lock be changed?

A: Yes it can. Click this link to the instruction manual: https://cdn.vitecimagingsolutions.com/pub/media/downloadable/manual/instruction-Pro-Light-Reloader-55.pdf?_ga=2.203991833.884423054.1572987665-2126699497.1564687655

[Universal] Great bag! I wanted a bag I can roll through the airport and be able to carry more equipment on my trips without weighing on my shoulders and sacrificing equipment. I then switch to a different camera bag at location. If I had one recommendation, it would be that they put swivel wheels on it to allow you to push the bag and
pull the bag.

[Yes] Amazing that all this fits! I also have two batteries, two wireless, the charger, color checker and headphones! I've only used it one trip, but it worked perfectly.

[Yes] I bought a Vanguard roller bag to try something else. I've always used the Manfrotto roller 70 (I think is what it was called- it's discontinued) It's a beast of a bag. The Vanguard is nice but the fold up handle takes up a bunch of the interior space and the layout was a little... meh. Lid was floppy etc. However, Manfrotto is always solid. The Pro Light is like the little brother to my larger Manfrotto roller. It's perfect for my video gear- monitors, third camera, smaller lenses etc etc etc.

[10.1 lb] I was (desperately) looking for a roller bag for my ENG camera Sony PXW Z150. And the Manfrotto Pro Light Reloader Air-55 works just fine.
Pros:
- the flexibile compartments help you customize it for both video and still cameras.
- Pockets and top are deep enough to host cables, laptop, accessories.
- It comes with a Manfrotto pouch for batteries/cables. etc.
- Fits the carry-on requirements on most domestic US flights (I traveled on United from DC to San Francisco with it).

Cons:
2 wheels, instead of 4 you can find on other models (but 2 wheels take less space).

[Yes] i was hesitant about buying without seeing in person as it's hard to judge from photos how the size and spacing are. this has plenty of available space to house bodies, lenses, flash gear, laptop and even a small compartment for keys, passport, ect.. definitely worth it.

[Zipper] I have been using their non-spinner verson of this bag for many years. Travel all around the world and love it and it keeps my gear safe. But i was tired of not having the versatility to walk the bag upright and be forced to drag/roll it. So i upgraded to this roller/swivel versionl. I feel like it is slight smaller but pretty close in size. I like the way the other one opens like a hatch better, but not a determent from loving this upgrade!

[Yes] I purchased this Pro Light Reloader Air 55 especially for a very short work trip to Madrid. I have many Pelican roller cases; but, I wanted something that does not scream "equipment!"

The case held 3 Sony A7SIII cameras, a 24-70mm, a Small Voitlander 40mm, 2x 85mm (Sigma f1.4 and Canon f1.8), bunch of accessories and 9 batteries, and cables. I also carried a Cinebag LensSmuggler shoulder bag for my laptop a Canon 70-200mm lens and my change of clothes.

Overall the Manfrotto was great. It has heavy padding and dividers and it's roller was smooth. With all the content, the roller case was quite heavy. I placed the Lens Smuggler should bag on it and rolled along the airport. This was when I thought maybe I should have purchased a roller bag with 4 sets of wheels and it could roll upright. With the shoulder bag on top, the overall set up was heavy to pull along.

But, I'm very satisfied with the purchase and functionality. I give it 5 stars!

[Universal] I bought this for an upcoming trip and have so far only packed it but am impressed. The shell is strong but thin enough not to waste space, the spinner wheels are smooth and easy, and the removable insert has a rigid back and a snug front zippered cover. I couldn't believe how much fit in; it swallowed two DSLR bodies (one full-frame, one APS-C), a large flash, four large zoom lenses, two more lenses, a set of macro extension tubes, two chargers, six batteries, two camcorders with chargers, a camera-mount shotgun mic and a pouch of two condenser lavaliers, a sound recorder, and various other small equipment, plus a sweatshirt for padding between the camera gear and a 15 laptop.

My one disappointment is that the quick access flap can't be locked and has flimsy zipper pulls, making the main zipper's locks much less effective.
