[DMX512, RDM] I bought these for both events and mobile DJ applications since they are battery operated (no searching for power, fast set-up) and the price is definitely right. These lights are great over-all...they are solid (heavy, but not too heavy), and they put out a ton of light for their size. I recently used them at a wedding event and they were still going after 8 hours of use (in fade mode). The only fault I have with these is that the menu on the back of the fixture is LED based and the abbreviations are confusing and not as intuitive as Blizzard's other products. I found a very easy work-around though, and that's to simply use the included remote. That makes setting these up VERY simple...you can choose a color, or a fade/sound active, with full control of brightness/speed right from the remote. Each fixture includes one remote (I got 8 fixtures), so I have plenty of spares if I need them. If you are looking for something with full wireless DMX control I would look elsewhere, but as far as a simple battery powered light I have not seen anything that can beat these for the money.

[LED / 4-Button] I was not expecting so much for the price. The light is larger than it looks in the photos and the effects are great. An awesome stand alone stage light! I want three more.

[9.6 lb] I have used this system only 5 times so far but all 5 times I still am amazed at brightness and quality of the system! I was able to replace 4 of my old par38 four light systems with 2 T-par systems. I place this in the middle between our front monitors for our 5 piece band and shine each light on individual members of the band. Since the stand is black no one seems to mind that's in front of and just off center of the drummer so each member is visible completely. VERY bright and nicely saturated colors. Easy to use remote because I am a lead man and can change from static to sound activated for Hot sections of songs. I will also be using this system for my DJ / Karaoke shows. If you are running a large show or very large venues you probably would need 4 but for small to medium venues 2 parz system does the job nicely. I link them together with a 3 pin DMX cable and 1 remote runs the show! MY ONLY GRIPE IS THE STAND BAGS SUCK BAD, ZIPPER BROKE AND BAG RIPPED ON SECOND GIG! I would advise a heavy duty dual bag no more that 50 and less than 47 LIFE IS EASY!

[63x Color Macro] Bought a pair of these this year for my Halloween display. I painted Orange paint on the edges of my sidewalk steps and decided to add to the fun and make the pop. I had the fixture on a 10' vertical pipe straight overhead. Had the UV DMX channel at 30 and you could still see the paint from down the road. I've always been keen to stray from ADJ lighting but these have blown me way.

[LED / 4-Button] We are a 4 peice Rock Band and this Wash Bar worked great!!

[9.6 lb] I bought two of these. They have a lot of nice features and are easily set up. I got one hung and it worked perfectly, although for our stage it was a pretty wide wash. We may put barn doors on it. We have about a 24’ throw from that position.

For the other light, we accidentally put it through an abuse test. It got dropped from a 12’ height onto a concrete floor. The lens broke into several pieces and a two inch chunk of the metal case broke off. Amazingly enough, we put in the second lens and it worked fine. No LED or circuitry failure. Very tough little light. We are going to use it until it chooses to fail.
