They do make a women's specific vest Cinema Flex Vest that I have tried and really is a much better fit but they're for bigger rigs. As far as the minimax comfort, it's pretty good, not perfect but decent for long shots and helps distribute the pressure.

The design of the Easyrig may not be ideal for certain indoor shots, whereas a arm/vest setup is usually a bit heavier and takes more practice to use effectively.
