Q: 2. What is the difference between Powerview 2 and powerview . Both models are 20x 50 but the price is different?

A: The Power 20x50 (the first version) has the unique InstaFocus system allows the user to adjust through the entire focus range by simply pressing down on one side of the focus lever to quickly and smoothly adjust the focus while tracking moving targets or looking at a variety of subjects at different ranges. The Powerview 2 has a large center focus knob has the ability to precisely control the focus even when wearing gloves and is easy to reach for left- or right-handed users

Q: 3. Can this model of Bushnell binoculars be tripod mounted?

A: Bushnell 12x50 Spectator Sport Binoculars (Black) BH #BU12X50SSB • MFR #BS11250 can be mounted on a tripod using a cradle mount adapter. Example: Snapzoom Universal Binocular Tripod Mount BH #SNSZM • MFR #SZ-M

Q: 5. What does 267' @ 1000yds mean?

A: This give you an idea of how wide an angle the view is. Looking at a scene that is at distance of 1000 yards, the field of view is 267 feed. The description of the field of view says Wide 68 Apparent Angle of View. This is a typo. 6.8 degrees is still an exaggeration but certainly not 68 degrees. I have a set of Jason Binoculars that are extra wide angle which has an apparent angle of view of 11 degrees and puts the performance at 578 feet 1000 yards. The Celestron are not wide angle at all at only 267' which works out to 5 degree angle of view.

A: The Bushnell 12x50 Spectator Sport Binoculars (Black) BH #BU12X50SSB • MFR #BS11250 would be too powerful at that distance. or an object like a bear. I suggest using the 10X version.Bushnell 10x50 Spectator Sport Binoculars (Black) BH #BU10X50SSB • MFR #BS11050

Q: 9. Whether the Leica Trinovid Classic 10*40 comes with objective lens covers, as part of the package. "What's in the box " is silent on this.

A: Leica does not list them as coming with Objective Lens Caps. I do not believe they do. My apologies.

[10x] We have another pair of these, just older. After seeing how well they work, for anyone, and how you don't miss out on seeing anything worth looking at cause of the auto focusing, we knew we wanted another pair. We are very happy we chose them, again.
