The DJI Ronin 2 Tripod Adapter for Universal Useis designed to secure to a tripod's quick release plate and lets you move your camera from the Ronin 2 to the tripod without removing the Ronin plate from the camera. It features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes on the bottom for compatibility with most tripod quick release plates.

[0.49 lb] I ordered this product as a replacement part for my Ronin S. I had initially ordered the essentials kit which included a similar grip/tripod; however, the one included was made of plastic, and recently I put the gimbal down a little too quickly, and to my frustration, two of the legs broke of the tripod. This new replacement piece is MUCH better made than the one included with my gimbal. It has the same rubber grips, and overall form factor as the original, except the legs are made out of some sort of metal that appears to be much more durable. If your original part broke like mine, don't worry, this one is much better. Highly recommended. 5

[0.49 lb] I have successfully mounted a Ronin-M to a Flycam 6000 stabilizer arm using this adapter. However, I have found it to work even better, with a far more robust connection, when using a 50cm length of 25mm diameter aluminium tubing as a single handle bar, with the GyroVu adapter fastened in the centre of the tube and the two Ronin-M handles fastened at each end. This provides a more stable connector and handlebar unit than using the Ronin-Ms two handlebars in reverse position and fastened together with the GyroVu adapter (as recommended by the manufacturer). The single aluminium handlebar (because of its length) sits better on the tuning stand (for the initial balance), and there is ample room for mounting accessories (such as a monitor). 5

[0.49 lb] I needed to replace a lost gimbal tripod and went with the OEM from DJI because they are very well made. It feels substantial in your hands when operating and also very sturdy when placed on a table. I've used 3rd party mini tripods for other gimbals and they just don't feel the same. These are fantastic and the build quality is great. I recommend these to people needing a mini tripod/grip for your gimbals. 5
