Maximize uptime and make sure you always have access to your mission-critical video data with the Pelco 48TB VideoXpert U1-VXS Ultimate Storage Serverfrom Pelco. Designed for use with your VideoXpert system, this high-density, high-availability recording platform captures, stores, and serves video using the RAID 6 storage configuration to provide double-parity protection of recorded data. The hard drive bay is cooled by high-capacity redundant fans to ensure that the drives are kept at an optimal operating temperature while fully redundant power supplies guard against power supply failure.

The VideoXpert Storage server's operating system is contained in an SSD, freeing more space for video and maximizing performance and throughput. The RAID array's HDDs are front loading and hot swappable, making it easy to remove and replace failed drives. The server is designed to maintain performance levels in both normal and RAID error conditions to prevent dips in performance. The U1-VXS includes the dedicated VideoXpert Ultimate software, complete with a 3-year upgrade plan and Pelco support. The hardware platform does not require per-channel licensing and there are no recurring costs associated with recording cameras.

VideoXpert Storage maximizes support for recording groups within VideoXpert. It allows you to configure pre- and post-event recording periods within VideoXpert, so that you capture the appropriate amount of video for any event. You can also configure "bump-on-alarm" recording schedules. The server can be set to operate using unicast or multicast streams, which makes for easy integration into your surveillance network. VideoXpert Storage also supports failover and redundant recording schemes, ensuring your video remains available even if a single server in the cluster fails. Finally, the U1-VXS is ONVIF Profile S compliant, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of third-party IP and Pelco Optera cameras.

A: This light was designed to work with the Elinchrom Rotolight transmitters. We do not yet have it in stock to test it with third party transmitters. But if it will work with third party triggers you will need a transmitter and receiver that would send and receive the signal and may be limited to 1/200th of a second shutter speed.

[SAS / SATA II] We purchased these because we often need to console a system in the field and console using the lights out management interface isn't reliable. With this KVM Console we can use our laptops to access the console on our systems in the field instead of configuring remote console over Ethernet and relying on out of band management to access our system consoles. 5

[ONVIF Profile S] I replaced a single NIC in an older Dell Optiplex that I use to run pfSense. It was recognized immediately and drivers were already present. Adopted immediately and after assigning the proper interface designations, it was up and running. I purchased this through B&H because I trust them to make sure it's actually in Intel card. While attempting this project, I have learned the hard way, that you get what you pay for. Trust B&H !! 5

[SAS / SATA II] When I was looking at this item, I couldn't find a review, so, I thought I would write one. The Server rack was delivered on a pallet, well boxed. The only assembly required was adding the wheels and levelers. The rack is very well constructed. Was easy to add systems as all doors and side panels come off. It came with a full set of server screws/nuts, 3 sets of keys, the back door does have six fans installed. The sound insulation is pre-installed on both sides and back. My setup includes a fully loaded Dell PowerEdge 2950 III, a Dell PowerVault MD1000 (with all 15 drives installed), a UPS, and a Switch. I originally had this in a standard 24u Compaq rack with metal screen front/back doors. It was so loud, you could hear it all over the house and all family members complained (and I could NOT stand to work in my home office). I finally put it offline when I ordered this rack for sanity's sake. Rack arrived yesterday (about 2 weeks ship time total). In this cabinet, I set it all up, and brought it it all online. I was VERY impressed with the LOW noise level. Family came home, no one noticed until they saw shares were back online and backups were running. No one heard a thing. Is it completely silent? No. Is it very quiet? Yes. Now I have no problem working in my office, having meetings on my speaker phone (no issues for me or people on the other end, I asked). 5

[SAS / SATA II] I'd recommend this genuine Intel i350-T4V2 PCI-E card for use with FreeBSD 11.1 when deploying LACP and Jumpframed wi the IBG kernal extension for the NIC. B&H Order was shipped to us in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong via DHL international with the minimum of fuss within 7 days. Great work! Performance testing as file server = GOOD! with LAGG0 4 x NIC's bonded together with 9K Jumbo frames, testing with AFP, SMB and scp & rsync to ZFS raidZ2 file system with SSD Zip and ARC for pool. Client MacOS with DUAL and tri-bonded LACP with 9K jumbo frames. No lockups on LAN!... great!. Beware: el cheap #fakes cards from China the are 20% of the cost .. these are junk and are prone to lockups when heavily utilised. As well they cant be firmware upgraded.. Stuck with original Intel :) Recommended!... 5

[32.7 TB] Genuine Intel product verified by the bradyid website. Date of manufacture was the month prior to purchasing. You're not going to find a better adapter than this one supported by as many operating systems as this one. If you need a quad port gigabit NIC you shouldn't be considering any other product. You can buy from B&H with confidence. A lot of other online stores will sell you a knock-off product that is not as fast or stable as genuine Intel. 5
