Q: 1. When my SD card is inserted in this backup storage device, can I delete images before transferring to a hard drive? Thank you

A: You can delete images from the camera, but you won't be able to delete individual images from the Tainer itself.

A: The DJI Mavic 3 Classic (No Remote) does not have a crop when shooting at 4K 60fps, but there is a crop at frame rates faster than 60fps.

Q: 3. Will the 4017b fit in here?

A: The Rycote Windshield Kit 2 would not be recommended for the DPA 4017b, as it will be slightly too short. The Rycote Super-Shield Kit for Shotgun Mics (Medium) (BH #RYSSKM) would be recommended instead.

A: Yes, the Shure PGA48 Dynamic Vocal Microphone has an "On/Off" switch.

A: Hi Veronica. Yes, it will definitely work.

Q: 6. Shure says this doesnt require phantom power.. sooo.. what does that mean? can i plug it into an xlr-usb cable and have it work fine on my pc/mac?

A: An XLR to USB cable alone would not be sufficient to convert the analog output of this mic to a digital signal that a computer can read via USB, so if you plugged it in with just the cable, your computer will not be able to detect the attached microphone and would not be able to use it for recordings. Since it is not a USB mic that has a built-in A/D converter, this item would require the use of an XLR to USB Adaptor (such as the Shure X2U) or other interface connected between the mic and computer.

A: Unfortunately no. the Mavic 3 classic is compatible with DJI RC Pro, DJI RC, and DJI RC-N1.

Q: 10. Using an external power source, will this unit simultaneously be powered for operation AND charge the internal battery?

A: Yes, the ClouZen TAINER Portable All-in-One Backup Storage (No SSD) can be charged and used at the same time using an external power source. Note, if the temperature of the TAINER goes up during the backup, then stop charging. And never charge and use at the same time if you are using a Smartphone as the power source.
