[0.27 lb] I thought it was a bit overpriced at first but upon receiving it I completely changed my mind. This thing is much beefier than I expected. I use it to mount my camera rig to my cart with a fluid head to transport and if that doesn't tell you how sturdy this is I don't know what will. 5

[0.27 lb] Great as long as you remove the loop and carabiner, which make a helluva racket picked up on the mic. Once those are off, it's a quiet handhold for a mic. Solid and simply design that is easy to use for a mic or a camera connection as you have both thread options. 5
