Expand your cage or rig with this CAMVATE Cheese Plate 15mm Rod Block Clamp Mountfrom CAMVATE. With a maximum payload of approximately 4.4 lb, the aluminum mounting plate can be used to connect a battery mount, arms, converters, or various accessories to a standard 15mm rod system.

The clamp affixes to the cheese plate with two 1/4"-20 screws, and the 15mm rod block connects to the clamp via a 15mm mini shaft that allows the plate to swivel. The swivel shaft is tightened with a thumbscrew, and the 15mm rod block is tightened with a locking lever. The rod clamp, rod block, and mounting plate all have multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes for various mounting options.

[15 mm] I wouldn't know why I would want a 15mm rail without these female threads? These come in super handy if you need to attach accessories such as a nato rail so you can add a handle or a quick mounting point. I wish BH carried other lengths of this type of rail. 5

[0.795 lb] It's nice when you get a product that just feels good to use! The build feels solid, V- mount feels good coming on and off, and the choice to mount it vertical or horizontal is nice too. I might recommend picking up a longer cable for running power from the side, but besides that super solid product. 5

[Aluminum] I create my own camera rigs with B&H sale items and this cheese plate has exponentially improved my setup for my BMPCC4K. This cheese plate has allowed me to organize my AC adapter, DC plugin and XLR connector at the rear of my camera setup attached to the 15mm rods. I purchased two of these and it's design allows for easy and creative ways to accessorize pretty much anything. Your only limitation is your own creativity.
