The PMW-350 is just at the edge of being able to work with this tripod, but you will not be able to add a lot more to it. You may want to consider tripods with a larger load capacity. Vinten has the Vision blue5 with a capacity between 12.1-26.5 pounds. While the Miller SOLO DV 20 has a max capacity of 22 pounds. You will need a VCT-14 Quick Release Plate to connect the camera to any tripod as well.
