A: Hello Mark F,I bought two of these as I thought is was a perfect idea.In my work I use many different Pelican Cases every day and the idea of a back-packable 1510 seemed brilliant. Alas....I've tried to use these straps as the instruction say, I've tried all sorts of mods, longer screws with a D-ring, drilling holes for the straps, etc, but there really is not an effective and easy way to attach the bottom straps other than over the wheels. If you do finally get them attached that way the straps will slip off the side of the wheels and get bunched up in the area and become very difficult to undo. IMHOI wish Pelican would take this idea and do it right. All the best!Julian

A: Full CTO will move the color temp from 5,600k to 2800k. 3/4 will do 5,600k to 3,200k. Smaller levels will do proportionally less.

A: the harness works well.. but is a little snug to fit. there is no padding- this includes lower back, but it really doesn't engage lower back.. it presses against the upper part of the back (although, i'm 6'2 .. so maybe it rests differently if you're shorter). it's hard against one's back, but i've never felt any ill effects. i've climbed up steep/ long staircases in indonesia, had it on my back on a scooter.. it's served its purpose well. i was concerned about its durability from reviews but have found no issues. i recommend it.
