The PT4700-SDI 17" High-Bright Teleprompter Travel Kitfrom PT4700-SDI 17" High-Bright Teleprompter Travel Kitoffers three interchangeable camera mounts providing support for a wide range of cameras. One fits DSLR/mirrorless cameras, one is for small to large camcorders, and the third is for VCT plates for attaching ENG cameras. A 17" monitor, a collapsible hood, and one of the camera mounts easily attach to the base of the teleprompter, and the base can then be mounted on a tripod or pedestal via multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads. The monitor features a display resolution of 1280 x 1024.

A pair of long rods and two rod clamps are included for mounting the monitor on the front of the base and a pair of short rods is provided for attaching counterweights on the rear. The hood slides in vertically between the monitor and camera mount and is secured by thumbscrews. All the components come in three stackable layers of foam that can be fit in the optional SKB iSeries 2217-12 waterproof case. The PrompterPro 4 Windows/Mac prompting software is provide as a free downloaded from the ikan website.

A: This attaches with a VESA Mount and a 15mm Rod attachment (included in the package). FYI this product is intended to be an add on accessory for the Ikan PT4500 Teleprompter. We can not guarantee that this product will work with any other teleprompter.

[22 x 18 x 12"] I have tried a lot of those promoters in the past and this one is finally working exactly as I expected. I suggest to use the app Power Prompter 2 which is so easy to use. Same as for prompter, I have tried many many solutions and this software is just the best. 5

[Glass] I love how slim and light weight it is. It makes it more portable. With all the other equipment, things can get heavy so portability is a plus. Have not had any problems with it. It has HDMI and VGA connections. It has a button that can flip the image (or words). I use it as a teleprompter monitor. Seems very high quality at a very affordable price! 5

[160 x 170°] I love it when people say they are great on camera and don't need to see the script! LOL Teleprompters save so much time when recording video now and editing time later. This is small enough to take it anywhere you go. 5

[1280 x 1024] The flex plus high bright model we got has side inputs in the monitor so attaching the HDMI and SDI cables was easy, not sure how anyone would have issues with this. Love the folding hood and removable back sled. We can swap it from a regular teleprompter to a freestanding teleprompter. For the price it's well worth it, the only complaint I have is the software is a bit dated, but at least the software as included for free. 5

[70/30] It is hard to believe that you can get a 3G teleprompter at this price point. We mounted this to our Grass Valley LDX86s with Fujinon glass, and it works great. We had a lot of doubts, but are incredibly happy with this purchase. 5
