You are able however to adapt the incuded stand mount the RM3 to your cameras shoe with a simple adapter. The Tether Tools hot shoe adapter features a 3/8 male thread that will support the stand mount using the 3/8 thread adapter that was included with the stand mount.

A: Rode does offer several USB mics but they do not have a stereo X/Y style USB mic. The included Y-cable for the mic has two 3-pin XLR connectors that will connect to each channel on the interface. A: Just buy yourself 2 XLR cables 10 to 15 ft and just use this as an extender with the cables the Rode NT4 comes with.

A: It probably wouldn't work very well. It's not a shotgun it's just a condenser mic. It will not have the distance that a shotgun would. Nor will the polar pattern be the same.
