[35.6 x 8 x 5.5"] I am a singer and a keyboardist. I purchased this because of two reasons: I have a digi rig that I connect via laptop and I always bring a mic stand because I sing as well. Even though I end up using my old mic stand to mount my laptop, for a singer that plays, this is a very essential purchase. Its sturdy, and the standard size, so pretty much anything can connect to it. Just makes me love my APEX stand even more! 5

[1] Just started using the stand at gigs. Works much nicer that my old two tier stand. Easy to set up and takes up way less room in my car. The screw for the stabilizer was cracked but doesn't effect the stability at all. Great product. 5

I am super impressed with the instrument and even more impressed with the speed of shipping and the quality of customer service that I received. I had a minor connectivity issue with the product and b&h customer service were able to help resolve it. 5

[9.2 lb] Some info first: -Been playing professionally for over 15 years -Been singing for just as much -I like making what I do look easy -Two boards, one is a midi controller This being said, when i do a gig, I need to bring laptop to run boards through, boom mic stand, a stand for the laptop, 1-2 board stands. The Apex stand has literally reduced me to just bringing a stand for the laptop. Even though I can mount it on the APEX, I prefer to use my add on for the mic boom. It keeps the wires under control, its easy to pack up and setup, and I dont need to make multiple trips when showing up for a gig. I actually have no idea how I made it this far without having one of these. The adjustable bars fit to my play style, and it can also be setup for a sit-play style as well. Definitely something I would recommend for any player that gigs alot, especially if you play and sing. 5
