A: Air cushioned light stands will lower slower and with a little bit of a cushion and control. With out air cushion a stand can slam downwards if the user is not careful.

A: Yes this stand is compatible with the Paul C Buff Digibee monolights.

Q: 5. I have the stand, but the piece at the top has been misplaced. What piece would I need to purchase to replace it. Also, I have the Godox AD200 Pro, 600BM and NikonSB700 speedlite. When I replace the missing piece, will it make it compatible with all of my lighting? Thank you.

Q: 6. Can you attach a camera flash unit (i.e. Canon Speedlite) to perform off camera flash? If so, is an adapter needed?

A: Yes! You may just need the hotshoe attachment piece. I have a Yuongnuo speedlite that works great with it. Usually I'm attaching it with an umbrella or softbox to this light stand, but it works with the flash alone too!

Q: 7. I lost one of the threaded knobs for this stand, is it possible to order a replacement knob?

A: Unfortunately, Impact Studio Lighting does not list the threaded tightening knob for the Impact Heavy-Duty Light Stand (Black, 13') as a separate replacement accessory. If you have misplaced yours, I would recommend contacting them directly either by calling them at (212) 594-2120 or by e-mailing them at info@impactstudiolighting.com to request a replacement knob. They should be able to assist you with your request.

A: Yes, the VL150 will attach directly to this stand.

A: Yes. As the Aputure Light Storm LS 60d Daylight LED Light has a yoke/bracket with a 5/8" receiver on its base, and as the Impact Heavy-Duty Air-Cushioned Light Stand (Black, 9.5') has a 5/8" spigot on the top of the stand, both items would be compatible for use with one another.

[Black] I was surprised how big it was for the price compared to other bags like it. So much space and easy to transport tripod and light stands. Plus, it is Porta Brace and in my experience they can take a beating and last a long time. 5

[Yes] Sure it's expensive, but you do pay for quality. I picked this bag up as my location bag. I'm able to carry two light stands on a side pouch, (7'.7 stands with a closed length of 31, a Profoto B1 head, 2 softboxes (a 2x3 and smaller one). The other outside pouch I've had two small umbrellas, which seemed to fit fine. I haven't tried to place another strobe head in it, but Im sure it could fit. The pouches inside are nice for accessories, i.e. wireless transmitter, light meter, batteries and a certainly a lot more. It's well built and not too bulky. There are rubber skids on the bottom to prevent it from sliding. They work because I can't slide it into the trunk of my car. The zippers are solid and appear to be very strong. It also comes with a cool little flashlight. Just make sure to remove the piece of paper that prevents the contact from reading the battery. Plus it's made in the U.S.A.... can't beat that. 5

[Black] I used to carry three different bags with stands, tripe and a light, now it all fits in one, and it is of course heavy but the strap is so comfortable and the handle so sturdy that makes it carrying it around much easier than dealing with a bunch of smaller bags which all have zippers that had not lasted. Looking forward to use this bag for many years to come. 5

[Zipper] Purchased for carrying multiple light stands and a tripod. Bag is heavy duty, holds quite a bit, and is very comfortable. It is not going to tear up easily. 5
