[LED] Bought a cheap beauty dish and I drilled a few holes in the Adapter to fit the beauty dish ans now it fits my Elinchrom lights. The Norman adapter has enough lip to drill and secure to the beauty dish. Fits the flash securely. 5

[Rectangular] I used this per photography forum recommendations to use as part of a DIY project to mount the Speedotron Beauty Dish to my Genesis strobe lights. This adapter is made of higher quality metal that doesn't bend when pressure is applied, thus drilling the 4 mounting holes was a breeze. I also bought this adapter to use to secure the diffuser sock on my Photek Softlighter II to my strobes, since the stock Genesis reflector is too big, and the Elinchrom Wide Angle Reflector costs $50. Great alternative! 5

[LED] I needed a Bowens mount speedring for my Chimera softboxes and I wanted to avoid using adapters because that recessed the flash tube inside the bracket. Pretty thrilled this even exists and works perfectly for a low cost. I did ream out the holes a slight bit to let the rods slide in and out a bit easier but it's not a necessary step to take. 5

[Rectangular] I got tired of my 48 umbrellas blowing over in the wind, even with a 12 lb. weighted bag on the bottom of my light stand. No such issues with this softbox. It puts out really good light quality. I will be using this little gem a lot from now on! 5

[Rectangular] nice upgrade, i mean, the last one worked bery well and never had a problem with it, but this new version is so much stronger, i use it with my b10 and b10 plus and with the 42 octa is amazing 5

[LED] I was using this speed ring on a Paul Buff octa diffuser. Had to grind about 1/8 around the outside ring to make it fit. This was not a surprise though .. I did know it going into the purchase. 5

[LED] I already have the maxi which I use as a key light and have added this as a fill light. I run Nikon SSB-800 speedlights in both and use the creative lighting system in the speedlights and D200s. Works like a charm for portrature and smaller wedding groups. 5
