The front plate screws off and it actually rear mounts as the front plate is then screwed back onto it squeezing the rack plate between it. Sounds funky but I could not be happier with a feed through cat5 plate mount connector!

[RJ45 Male] These connectors are very easy to install and use. I had to make the screw holes a bit bigger, but that was no big deal.

[6 x 3.8 x 0.85"] If you're looking for some cables to replace your Line 6 Variax connection cables, these are the ones to get! I grabbed a couple of them to work with my Variax Guitars and Bass and they work wonderfully and fit the Variax sockets perfectly! Plus, if you have a Helix Rack and want to connect your floor controller to it, these are the cables to buy.
