[40] I am an engraver who has difficulty due to a neck injury using a microscope. These are not only a honest product but affordable alternative, giving me the flexibility that my microscope does not allow. This company's customer service is exceptional, initially when it arrived the light did not work. A quick phone call was greeted with a level of concern that impressed even myself (who had headed a CS dept. for 13 yrs). We discovered that it was the batteries that came with it that were faulty, they offered to replace them but I declined. Purchased new and it works FANTASTIC! Thank-you. 5
