Q: 2. Can I use unshielded CAT6 with this device, or does it have to be shielded? I notice the ethernet ports on the surge protector are not shielded or metal.

A: We would recommend using shielded cables with the APC ProtectNet with Gigabit Ethernet Protection.

Q: 3. Is this a POE+ (at) compatible unit?

A: This is not POE+, this is 24V.

Q: 4. Without a reset button on the PoE injector, how does the remote reset capability work?

A: When you run the Ubiquiti software, Unifi software will be able to find the unit on the network and then reset the Ubiquiti Networks U-POE-af PoE Adapter.

Q: 5. What is the difference between this model and the Wacom Cintiq 22 Creative pen display other than screen size?

A: There are a number of differences between the Wacom DTK-2451 23.8" Full-HD Pen Display and the Wacom Cintiq 22 Creative Pen Display, such as video input, response time, active screen area, pressure levels the display can pick up, and resolution. A: Yes. The Ubiquiti Networks U-POE-af PoE Adapter BH #UPOEAF is perpose-built for compatibility with Ubiquiti cameras.

Q: 7. Will this work with the Induro BHB2 Gimbal

A: Unfortunately, the Wimberley M-9 module is not compatible with the Induro BHB2 Gimbal. This module is only compatible with the Wimberley Head Version II. You could use the Wimberley F-1 Telephoto Combo Flash Bracket (B&H # WIF1) with your Induro Gimbal head.

Q: 8. What is the model of the pen included with this display? What other Wacom displays is it compatible with?

A: The pro pen 2 would be included, and would work with any current Wacom line.

[UL and RoHS] Surprised how big this is 3.25 x 2 x 1 inches. It even came with a 6 inch Ethernet cable! Would loved to be able to tell whether it's gone bad, like a green light. I was not sure about landing the green wire on the plastic outlet cover. If this would give me a good ground connection or not. So I took a spare 3 prong appliance cord 10 gauge and cut the female end off. Then I solder the two green (grounded) wires together. The other two I just taped up, now I can just plug it into a grounded outlet. This is an update, on 7/21 had a major lightning hit near by damaged my a/c unit. No problems with magic jack, router, or printer 5

[0.065 lb] The factory shipped the device to us very quickly; we received it in only two days. The mechanical workmanship is jewel-like; it's almost a work of art. The instructions imply that one end is the input, but this is not the case, as it's bidirectional. We confirmed this with Ditek tech support, whose response time was exceptionally short. Not cheap, but solid industrial quality generally isn't. 5
