The white ISOVOX 2 from ISOVOX is a portable vocal isolation booth designed for vocal recording with reduced room reflections and bleed for vocalists, voiceover artists, and narrators in commercial facilities, personal studios, homes, hotels, and tour buses. Which would be considerable if your interest is in reducing the level of your voice so as not to disturb your neighbors. It seems to have cut outs for your shoulders so it looks like your entire head fits in the box. It says you can remove the sides as well which you would want to do for recording. It seems like it will do what you want.
