It is designed for use with their extension handle but will also work with other ARRI rosette mount accessories. It is not possible to mount this rosette adapter to the handgrip.

With the Chrosziel ARRI-Style/Hirth Rosette for Sony FX6 Handgrip Bayonet attached to the FX6 grip it will not be able to connect to the official Sony mount on the camera. The rosette mounts onto the inner bayonet mount of the FX6 handgrip and allows you to relocate the handgrip using a rosette extension such as the Chrosziel 403-FX6 handgrip extension.
