Chimera engineers have produced a modern version of Dean Collins' popular Lightform panels using 5/8" aluminum alloy tubing. These frames, which are compact and rigid enough to use outdoors, allow you to instantly create your choice of diffusion, nets and/ or bounce fill in seconds, without the use of tools.

A specially designed pin-grip system on the frames allows you to set and lock the frames in place with a single standard 2" grip head with no slipping.

The heavy-duty internal bungy cord keeps the frame segments together during storage and travel, and aids in super-fast setups.

[3.1 lb] This kit is perfect if you're looking for a very portable lighting control kit. It collapses to a very small size and fits in the supplied bag very well. The build quality is very good and it assembles very quickly and easily. Just add C-stands and you have a very versatile kit. The description seems to indicate that it includes a reflector that is silver on one side and gold on the other. However, I was pleased to find that it instead comes with one silver/gold zebra striped reflector (AKA a Lisa Marie), which is exactly what I wanted. Overall, I highly recommend this product. 5

[3.1 lb] Just say yes already. This is an essential part of any lighting setup. I've only had it about a week, but have used it so far in 2 different shoots and it has made a significant difference in lighting scenes. I've done a lot of testing with it and have been really impressed by the versatility of looks I can create with this. Good lights are nice, but shaping your light is essential. I've used flags and scrims before (1x2 and 2x2) , but the size of these is significantly more practical. 5
