A: The estimate for charging time on the Pentax D-BC177 Travel Charger is around 4.5 hours. But it depends on the USB adapter you use and how low the battery is when you start the charging.

[0.6 lb] The stands work if you take the caps off of them and reveal the threads underneath! If you need the square lights to be hot swappable, you need the adapters - otherwise they will work on the provided stands if you take off the cap. 5

[1] It works as described, with D-LI90 batteries old and new. Advantages over in-camera K-3 III charging: 1. don't tie up the camera with battery charging 2. reduce wear on the AW seal on the USB and HDMI ports 3. reduce wear on the USB port on the camera 5
