[2.5 in] I bought two of these cables to add two additional monitors to a Mac Mini M2 Pro. They work great when plugged into the USB-C/TB4 ports. The main monitor is still fed from the built-in HDMI port. The Mac Mini M2 will support one external monitor and the M2 Pro version will support two external monitors. The only problem I have, from time to time, is that I have to reset the display arrangement after reboot or sleep. I don't think this has anything to do with the cable, but seems to be a feature of Mac display management or the order in which the connected monitors sleep and wake up. I've also used the same cable to connect an external monitor to an iPad Pro, for which it also works perfectly. 5

[5.64 oz] I was unable to use my monitor consistently with my new docking station and laptop. The docking station kept asking for more power from the laptop. My Tech guy couldn't figure out a solution. A consultant at BH PhotoVideo suggested I plug my monitor directly into my laptop as monitors draw a lot of power and often times docking stations can't handle a full load.
