A: This will not work on an Acute 2.

A: Other than the battery, these also do not have TTL, or HSS. They recycle slower, have smaller adjustable range and are less accurate.

A: The flash tube needs to be replaced when you are getting no flash out of the Profoto head. Tubes can easily be replaced by a plug and play procedure.

A: The Profoto Flashtube, 600 Watt/Seconds, UV Coated - for ComPactPlus Monolight, B&H # PRFTUVCPP • MFR # 331511, was the correct flash tube for use with the older Profoto ComPact-R 600 Monolight strobes. Unfortunately, both the strobes and the flash tubes were discontinued around 2010 and are no longer available for purchase. None of the current Profoto flash tubes would be compatible with the older Profoto ComPact 600 monolights, and there are no recommendations for third-party flash tubes for use with this unit. Profoto does not recommend using any flashtubes other than the one that the unit was designed around. Using another flashtube could have adverse affects on the units power board and potentially cause failures.

A: Yes the light has an umbrella mount.

A: The Godox QS600II Flash Head comes with a flash tube, power cord and modeling light. It does not come with a reflector.

Q: 10. I have a small studio of 15x12 feet. I have a 2x2 soft box and a 36x48 soft box. Will the 600 light be sufficient for my needs for portrait photography, and would 400 work just fine or do I need a stronger light like the 600?

A: 400 would be more than enough in my opinion

[0.18 lb] This was just a replacement for one that I broke when I dropped my flash, but it works just as expected. I needed it fast and BH shipped it quickly and it arrived a day earlier then expected. It was a great experience all around. 5

[0.18 lb] I’ve only had this kit for a short time, but so far, I’m very pleased with it. The lights are easy to use and powerful enough to meet the demands of most any studio. It’s definitely worth the price. 5

[600 Ws] The new tube works fine. I just hope it lasts longer than the original one as that one didn't last but four years, with limited use. I have flash tubes in some older units that are over thirty years old and are still good. I'll keep my fingers crossed. 5

[600 Ws] Work great in my ad600pro simple to install. Really is just plug and play. I would recommend having a few on hand you never know what can happen out on a job 5

[0.18 lb] The Godox QS600ll Flash head is just what I was looking for. It's got plenty of power, is quiet and efficient. I bought it because even though I had been getting great shots with my little SB800 flash inside of a 2x2 softbox, this allows me to have much more control over the final product. It feels sturdy and I love having a built in handle. Also having a protective cover for the bulbs is terrific. I had bought the triggers from godox prior to buying this lamp and love that it's compatible with my godox triggers. And the fact that the one trigger is internal on the lamp is great too. It's one less set of batteries to worry about. It's easy to remove the reflector for when I want to attach my large 3x4 foot softbox. 5
